Job Responsibilities

Align with company mission & vision. The lead team as per company goal.

Breakdown of sales target, and assigned to team members, and ensure continuous support of the team to achieve the target.
-
Focus on the development of the brand image.
-
Represent ourselves as an ambassador of the company to people in the market as they believe you as their opinion leader.
-
Establish demonstration to present our product with dealers, retailers, customers, consumers, advocacy and reference groups.
-
Prepare market visit plan through route chart & get approval from the authority.
-
Make our product to be available in 80% outlet covered in route chart.
-
Ensure order and sales collection through the dealer.
-
Establish continuous product and market analysis.
-
Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information on a weekly and monthly basis.
-
Attaining monthly targets, and collecting as assigned through the responsibility center
-
Collect proper sales tools, POSM, sales promotion offered by management & ensure benefits and facilities are restored to stakeholders.
-
Maintain accurate records (Sales, Stock, Data, Documents, Problems, etc.) & share timely to take necessary steps.

Aiming to achieve daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual targets & touch the personal Goal.
-
Build up a personal relationship with all Dealers and Farmers.
-
Set sales target and monitor achievement to Executives through dealer wise sales allocation, and gap mitigation.
-
Approve route chart-wise tour plan of team, and correct if required. Consolidation of data collected from the team.
-
Disseminate data to supervisor in time and daily, monthly reporting.
-
Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up. Randomly must have to visit Farms & Dealers.

Minimum Bachelor Degree from any Reputed University.

Graduation in DVM/Fisheries/AH will be preferable.

Skills Required in Sales and Marketing.

Make strong follow up with farmers after service to make sustainable relationships with customers.

Monitoring the farm management along with feed management.

Collect data and make a report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio) Feed intake, Bodyweight production percentage, mortality, etc.

Sales data collection from the market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information on a weekly and monthly basis.

Analysis and solving problems come from farmers, dealers and customers.
